I see psychotherapy as our sharing space to help open new possibilities for living.
I believe that our emotions and symptoms speak to us – prompting us to consider other ways of being in the world with others. I rely on relational, psychodynamic, existential, and integrative perspectives to help you recognize, explore, accept, and cope with the fullness of your needs, wants, and values as they play out in your life. I am curious about – and hope to foster your curiosity about – your automatic sense of who you can and cannot be, the roots of these limitations, and how to take value-based action in service of your vision of a good life.
I trained in Point Park University’s Counseling Center, Turtle Creek Valley MH/MR’s Acute Hospitalization Division, and the Albany Psychology Internship Consortium in Albany, New York – working with people presenting with anxiety, trauma, mood, schizophrenia-spectrum, and personality disorders. I have worked with people from all walks of life, including college students, veterans, and people hospitalized with serious and persistent mental illness. My experience also includes working with people across racial, ethnic, cultural, sexual, and gender identities, and I believe that integration of our core identifies is central to therapy.
I was awarded my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from Point Park University’s Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program in August 2024, and I am presently a pre-licensure psychology resident working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults of all ages. I look forward to meeting you for a consultation so we might further foster your vision of a good life.
